Si complica la trattativa che porterebbe Kalidou Koulibaly a vestire la maglia del Manchester City. Il club inglese, sotto richiesta del tecnico Pep Guardiola, ha infatti trovato l’accordo totale con il Bornemouth per Nathan Akè, centrale classe ’95, seguito anche dal Napoli qualche tempo fa. Sky Sport afferma che l’operazione che porterà l’olandese tra le fila dei Citizens ha complicato inevitabilmente la pista Koulibaly: Akè è un mancino naturale e andrà a ricoprire lo stesso ruolo che occuperebbe il K2.
